A cold-pressed genshu. Soft and round on the palate, it is very popular with women. It feels punchy at first, but that doesn’t turn into sharper sensation. With nearly 20% alcohol by volume (40 proof), it can be served with ice cubes or mixed with water in a 1:5 ratio.
